This machine mainly accomplishes the dispersion and grinding of solid and liquid in fluid materials, enabling rapid homogenization of solid particles in the liquid. It is widely used in the chemical industries such as coatings, color pastes, dyes, inks, pharmaceuticals, films, and papermaking, and is an ideal and highly efficient grinding and dispersion equipment

This machine is composed of the main body, main drive cylinder, disperser, feed pump, speed regulator, circulating cooling water system, electrical control and other components

The power of the main motor is transmitted to the drive shaft through a V-belt. The lower end of the drive shaft is connected to the dispersion shaft by a coupling. The dispersion shaft drives the dispersion disc and the stabilizer to rotate. The cylinder is of a double-layer structure, with cooling water flowing through the middle interlayer to absorb and discharge the heat generated during grinding. A check valve structure is provided at the bottom feed port of the cylinder to prevent the backflow of materials. The feed pump is driven by a stepless speed changer or a variable-speed motor. The main motor and pump motor with adjustable feed volume are interlocked and controlled by an electrical program, making the operation extremely convenient
